SHARE Scotland provides highly individualised support services to people with learning and physical disabilities.

Some of the people we support require someone 24 hours a day, whereas others only need support for certain tasks or activities.  Some people choose to live in a house with other people, and some prefer to live on their own.

Everyone SHARE supports has access to a fully trained, dedicated support team when they need it.

The kind of people we provide support for may have:

  • Learning disabilities, including profound and multiple learning disabilities
  • Complex health needs (eg epilepsy)
  • Physical disabilities or mobility problems
  • Sensory impairments (eg visual impairment)
  • Difficulties in communication
  • Challenging behaviour
  • Autism, Aspergers syndrome, or other autistic spectrum disorders
