Location: Ibrox, Glasgow

Hourly rate: £8.90/hr

Hours per week: as and when required

Additional rates: Sleepovers will be required for which an additional payment of £35 per night is paid.

Share Scotland’s person centred approach allows people the freedom and support to actively pursue their chosen lifestyle within their own home and local community. We are currently looking for enthusiastic and dynamic people to work in our Ibrox service, where a relevant qualification or experience of working with someone with learning disabilities would be great; but if you have the right personality and attitude, then we can provide you with expert training to do the job. The vocational training, continuous development and excellent induction package you will receive will ensure you have outstanding support throughout the progression of your career.

As a family led organisation, we believe in building lasting relationships based on trust, honesty and respect, ensuring that people are supported to experience new opportunities, face new challenges, realise ambitions and grow as individuals. Occasional sleepovers will be required for which an additional payment is paid.
This is a fabulous opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, for a charity whose staff were described by Investors in People as being “fundamental to the reasons the organisation is such a special place”. Additional benefits include contributory pension scheme, life cover and a generous holiday allowance.
