Annual Care Commission Reports Print E-mail
After their annual Care Commission inspection, SHARE Scotland is proud to announce the results. Services were assessed on 3 themes - Quality of Care and Support, Quality of Staffing, and Quality of Management and Leadership. 

SHARE
’s Glasgow (including West Dunbartonshire) and Edinburgh projects were assessed, and given a rating of 5 (very good) over all categories except one rating of 6 (excellent), with very positive comments from the assessors. One assessor reported that ‘…the staff are motivated and professional and committed to encouraging services users to reach their full potential.’

The Care Commission is an independent regulator which has responsibility for the regulation and inspection of all care services in Scotland.  They adhere to three key principles: keeping people safe, promoting dignity and choice, and supporting independence.
