Dougie previously worked in Richmond Park School, Hampden School and at
Dalmarnock Adult Training Centre. He also did voluntary work with the
supported learning unit at Glasgow College of Nautical Studies.
Dougie joined Share in 1997 as a support worker and then managed
one of our Glasgow services. In 2005, he set up and managed a new
service in West Dunbartonshire and was then promoted to Regional
Co-ordinator in 2007.
He is now developing new services and is also currently involved in
a major project to assess the needs of young disabled adults in West
Dunbartonshire. |
