Kenny started his working life in 1979 as a Ward Orderly at Peel
Hospital, Galashiels. By 1982 he had trained and qualified as an
Enrolled Nurse (General). In 1992 Kenny left the NHS after qualifying
as a Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse (formerly known as RNMH).
Kenny worked for a company called ELCAP in East Lothian supporting
adult with learning disabilities living in the community. He started as
a Support Worker 1992 and eventually rose to the level of Area Manager
before leaving the company to work with Share in 2002. |
