Toto I don't think we're in Govan anymore!!

Our Wizard of Oz theme sensory garden was complete in Summer 22, we’d like to thank our funders: Glasgow City Council, Templeton Trust and the Gardening for Disabled Trust. We’d also like to thank our volunteers from Edrington who done a wonderful job painting, planting and even building our water feature! Our service users and staff absolutely love it!!

Our garden focuses on engaging all of the 5 senses; beautifully colorful plants, murals, lights and objects to look at, an apple tree with fruit to taste, wind chimes, a water feature and an outdoor speaker to listen to, textured objects and plants to touch and wonderfully smelling plants including a herb garden. The garden is accessible with movable planters and wheelchair accessible picnic bench and summerhouse and provides a great addition to the space available to our service users and when they visit for classes and training etc.
